Position Overview
We are looking for a "Content Moderator" to join our operation serving the social media sector in Malaysia. This is a relocation position — full relocation support and work permits will be provided by the company.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum high school graduate
- Aged between 18–35
- Native proficiency in Kurdish or Azerbaijani, along with advanced English skills
- Able to relocate to Malaysia with a relocation support package
- Strong communication and effective interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
- Active computer and system literacy
- Strong team player with a high commitment to collaboration
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules between 09:00 – 00:00
- Work permits will be provided by the company
What You Will Do
- Review and verify user-generated content in compliance with corporate safety and community standards
- Detect, categorize, and take necessary actions (rejecting, approving, reporting) on policy-violating content (visuals, texts, videos, etc.)
- Analyze potential risks within the content flow and report them to relevant operational units
- Maintain quality standards to ensure the platform remains a safe and healthy community
- Execute content moderation processes professionally in line with designated KPIs and SLA targets
